The Katanomics Society is a network of thinkers and practitioners concerned about the leakage of policy thinking from African democratic politics. Our work is rooted in the conviction that without strong national learning systems, and without “critical policy audiences” to create civic knowledge ecosystems, no democracy can deliver development.
A brief narrative about how the theory emerged from long-standing observation, research, and policy engagement in Africa.

Includes research, public commentary, training, infographics production, and systems diagnostics.
